Norway’s APL gains Excelerate LNG project order

APL, the Norway-based marine loading systems company, said it signed a letter of intent with Excelerate Energy, the US LNG deepwater port developer, for the installation of its loading system on Excelerate’s Northeast Gateway project offshore Massachusetts.
